The Code Enforcement Officers are responsible for enforcing the borough’s adopted ordinances to protect public health, safety and welfare. This includes property maintenance, zoning compliance, nuisance abatement, building-related enforcement and other regulations assigned by borough council.
Code Enforcement is handled through West Brownsville Police, West Brownsville Street Commissioner and Harshman Engineering.
